Full Review:
Sounds like a few bitter parties below who got rejected by the board. Board rejections are tough, and I'm sure they are happening more and more, with this new mortgage crisis, boards are being more careful than ever. As far as the building goes, the location of 100 Bank is the best that the city has to offer. A few blocks from the river in one direction, a few blocks from the Meat Packing district and soon to be high-line in another...just quietly tucked in from Hudson Street, Bleecker, etc. I feel so lucky to live here and can't imagine living anywhere else. The building is really friendly but people generally keep to themselves for the most part. Never heard of any complaint about or by anyone...and the super is amazing and always available. I'm very surprised to hear a single negative thing about 100 Bank, which leads me to believe those posts are from someone scorned. It's understandable to feel that way after a rejection, however the board here is made up of some pretty fair and reasonable people who have an important job especially in this economy. This Co-op Building is Best for:
Anyone and Everyone
