I once sublet an apartment at 100 Bank, it took my neighbor three years to sell his apartment, the coop board rejected every candidate, in the end the seller lost a considerable amount of money. I toyed with buying a studio but I heard so many horror stories about the board at 100 bank that I bought a condo nearby.... This Co-op Building is Best for:
