Full Review:
Dark apartment block with depressing hallways (think one star Eastern European hotel). Windows look like they will need changing in next few years. Thin post war walls mean coop expect residents to listen to TV with headphones after 11. Slowest elevator you can imagine. Not allowed washing machines in apartments.
I know of a couple who were turned turn by the board of this building, they had excellent references and finances and should have been a shoe in... rejected. I have heard from residents within the building who claim the board is obstinate and difficult. I wouldn't’t bother with this building.
