Pros: Location, Co-op, Neighbors Cons: No Elevator
Full Review:
Very easy going Co-op/Building. Building run like a family. Many long-term residents, all friendly. Walk-up building, no elevator or doorman although 24 hour Super. serves as concierge and will happily help tenants (nice man!). Very 'homey' place to live on great Upper-west Side block.
