When submitting content on WallFly.com whether in the form of
reviews, ratings, our email tools, review notification subscriptions,
or your registration information, the following are inappropriate:
- Violating the intellectual property rights
of a third party.
- Creating more than one account.
- Re-establishing an account on WallFly.com
after your account has been terminated by us.
- Defaming a third party.
- Selecting or using a review name that
violates someone's trademark rights.
- Affecting the way WallFly.com displays
its pages, such as by framing WallFly.com or placing pop-up
windows over its pages.
- Using any automated means to access the
site or collect any information from the site
Using ActiveX, Java, cookies, web bugs or other tracking technologies
(such as HumanClick or Sitemeter).
- Collecting any personal information about
users through WallFly.com, including, but not limited to, their
username or password.
- Using emails tools (such as "Email
to a Friend") to send spam.
- Sharing your password with a third party.
- Publishing or using files or processes
that pose a threat to the proper technical operation of the
system or to the security of other members.
- Provide any content that contains viruses,
Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer
programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally
interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any
system, data or personal information.
- Customizing WallFly.com in a way that adversely
affects the display of any advertising or promotional links
on the site.
- Requesting search engines to crawl or
index any portion of WallFly.com.
- Modifying or creating variant versions
of WallFly.com's logos or other trademarks.
- Illegal activity under the laws of New
York and the United States.
- Speaking on behalf of WallFly, describing
yourself as an WallFly employee or using WallFly letterhead.
- Posting material containing profanity,
vulgarity, hate speech or threats of violence including contact
or personal information about another individual without their
permission.
- Including any pornographic content.
- Submitting content on a topic that is reasonably
likely to offend a person looking for information on that topic.
- Harassing another member.
- Publishing the same review more than once.
Account Termination
WallFly can, at anytime for any reason, terminate your
account or remove your published content from displaying on our
site. We may also block any recorded IP addresses used by
you from creating accounts on our site.
Any inappropriate behavior as outlined in this policy
would be a cause of account termination.
Review Content
WallFly does not edit any part of your published
review(s) with the exception of a language filter which will replace
any offending language with "***" before you publish
a review. You will be able to see any replaced words as
a result of this filter before your submit your review. If in
the event, the language filter has not replaced any words it was
programmed to do, WallFly may manually edit your published review
content to replace such words with "***".
WallFly does require you to complete a spell check
process before submitting a review, however, you are able to choose
which words may or may not require correction and proceed without
making any recommended changes, if any.
