3. What are the rating criteria for a Co-op?

Yes.  To change your ratings for a Co-op, you must edit the review you posted for that particular Co-op.

To edit a posted review, click on the My Posted Reviews link in the My WallFly section of the site. You must be logged in to use this feature.

An edited review will be posted with the original post date. If you wish to make significant changes to your review content and or ratings, please enter a new review. To enter a new review, you must delete your existing review. After deleting this review, you may then go to the building's review page and submit a new review.

When writing a review, you will be required to provide at least one of three specific rating criteria, these rating criteria are a follows:

Exclusivity - How difficult is it to get into this building? How tough is the board?
Board Fairness - Is the Co-op board fair?
Building - Rate the overall building, including staff, amenities and location.

In addition, you will be required to complete an Overall Rating which is a non-specific rating criteria and is your"overall" opinion of a particular Co-op.
