1. When and why do I need to register?
 

Registration on WallFly.com is required to write reviews, to manage your posted and draft reviews, and to use the My WatchList feature.

WallFly requires registration to write reviews so that we may enforce our Review Submission Policy and well as our Site Usage Policy.  Registration is required to use the My WatchList feature in order to to retrieve your saved building information for you.

2. What if I forget my password?
 

If you should forget your registration password, you may request that your password be emailed to you by clicking on the Retrieve My Registration Password link in the My WallFly section of the site.

3. How to I edit or cancel my registration?
 

You may edit your registration information at anytime by clicking on the Edit My Registration Information link in the My WallFly section of the site.

You may cancel your registration at anytime by clicking on the Cancel My Registration link in the My WallFly section of the site.

4. I am getting a message that my account is not active, why?
 

Your account has been suspended but not terminated by WallFly.  WallFly will always notify you by email if your account becomes suspended or terminated on our site.  At times, WallFly may decide to suspend a member's account rather than terminate it for reasons outlined in the WallFly.com User Agreement.

If your account has been suspended and you have not received the email notification that was sent to you, you may contact us to request an explanation and the steps you will need to take to re-activate your account with us.

5. One or more reviews I posted in the past do not display under the building's review page, why?
 

One or more of your reviews may have been in violation of the WallFly.com's Review Writing Standards and or the WallFly.com's Site Usage Policy. WallFly will always notify you by email if one or more of your reviews is in violation of our site's policies. You may, at anytime, still access these reviews by clicking on the My Posted Reviews link the the My WallFly section of the site.

If you have not received the email notification that was sent to you, you may contact us to request an explanation and the steps you will need to take to have your reviews displayed on the site.

6. What is a review notification subscription?
 

When you click on the subscribe to link in a building's review page, you will be sent an email notifying you each time a review has been posted to the site for that building and will be provided a link to that review.  You do not have to be registered or logged in to use this feature on WallFly.com.

7. How do I edit or cancel a review notification subscription?
 

You may change your subscription email address for one or more of your review notification subscriptions at anytime by clicking on the Edit My Review Notification Subscription(s) link in the My WallFly section of the site.

You may cancel one or more of your review notification subscriptions at anytime by clicking on the Cancel My Review Notification Subscription(s) link in the My WallFly section of the site.

8. What is My WatchList?
  When you click on the Add to My WatchList link in a building's review page, that building's review page link and general information will be saved for you to access by clicking on the My WatchList links located on the left hand side navigation menus. You must be registered and logged in to use this feature on WallFly.com.

9. How do I delete a building from My WatchList?
 

There are two ways you may delete a building from My WatchList.

  1. Click on the My WatchList link located in any one of the left hand side navigation menus. In the My WatchList page, click on the red x in the last column for the building you wish to delete.
  2. Click on the Manage My WatchList link located in the My WallFly section of the site. In the My WatchList page, click on the red x in the last column for the building you wish to delete.
